Verres de chalcogénures pour le stockage de l’information

چکیده

Certains verres de chalcogénures, alliages contenant au moins un des éléments chalcogènes (soufre, sélénium, tellure), ont suscité une attention croissante fil ans en raison leur large éventail d’applications, allant l’optique infrarouge aux mémoires non volatiles optiques et résistives. Ces dernières utilisent la capacité certains chalcogénures à commuter rapidement manière réversible entre phase amorphe fortement résistive cristalline métallique, lorsqu’on applique impulsions électriques qui chauffent localement le matériau. À partir l’analyse du fonctionnement d’une mémoire changement utilisant deux types nous présentons les propriétés physiques ces derniers ainsi que recherches menées actuellement pour poursuivre optimisation.
